For the second year in a row, we invite you to Sofia’s biggest New Year’s celebration.
This time, BLVKCAT joins forces with WORLD UP to deliver a true New Year Carnival — a world-class experience filled with music, art, lights, and endless energy.
On December 31st, we’re taking over the entire Toplocentrala building to bring you:
